Homemade remedies for summer skin problems

Hi Ladies,

Great to start connecting with you people.  Its getting harder nowadays for us to keep up the healthy skin during the summer as the summer is getting too bad.

  1. We encounter problems like,
  2. Sun Burn
  3. Hyper pigmentation
  4. Pimples
  5. Black spots
  6. wrinkles
  7. Fine lines

So searching product on each considering its expiry date is not that easy. As we have everything inside the kitchen why should we search out.Lets see them.

Home Remedies:

We have lots and lots more in our kitchen to fight on the skin. But we are gonna see the top 5 packs.

Aloe and Lemon Pack:

As all we know aloe has the magic of making the skin reducing the sun burn in the skin.  Aloe has the special property of soothing the burning and inflammation.Lemon juice is a rich source of vitamin C and citric acid, both of which help in lightening skin tone and is the natural solution to maintain the perfect clear skin.aloe-lemonUse the gel and lemon juice for perfect pack keep it for 10-15 min.

Yogurt, Turmeric and Gram Flour:

Yogurt acts as a natural bleach and moisturizer to make skin soft and supple and the Gram flour has exfoliating and cleansing so as to keep out the dead cells. And we have turmeric which adds a healthy glow to the skin and helps in reducing pigmentation and tan.Besan-Face-Packs-for-Glowing-SkinAnd hence the mixture make a perfect combination.  Use this paste for 10-15 min.

Sandal Wood and Rose Water:

Due to its medicinal qualities, sandal wood for skin has been popular since time immemorial. Cucumber and Lemon:

This vegetable is also used to lighten skin tone and blemishes. Cucumber juice tones and refreshes skin and is known to reduce pore size.  Regular use of cucumber face packs reduces skin tan too.Keep the paste on the face for 20 minutes.

Papaya and Honey:

As like cucumber papaya is also a amazing ingredient which is high in Vitamin C.Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes the damage caused be free radicals and helps in lightening tan, age spots, and dark spots.  With this honey which is used in moisturizing and softening the skin.

Tomato, Yogurt and Lemon:

Orange and Yogurt:

Orange is rich in vitamin C that helps fight skin blemishes and improves skin texture and skin tone. Potato and Lemon:

Make this and use for 30 min and get a glowing face .

Pineapple and Honey:

Bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapple that is similar in characteristics to the papain enzyme found in papaya. These enzymes break down protein, this means that the mask exfoliates the dead skin from your face without the use of abrasive ingredients, leaving your face fresh and glowing. Pineapple and honey hence  makes a great pair and gives us the expected results.  Make the paste to dry for about 30 to  40 min.

Fuller Earth (Multhani Metti) and Aloe:

The cooling effect of this mud cools and soothes skin burns and helps reduce skin irritation, rashes, acne, and blemishes. The main advantage of the fuller earth is tightening the skin.   Aloe Vera gel lightens skin tone and acts as a natural cleanser.download.jpg

Apply the paste on the face and keep it until it get dried.

Wheat:

Leave it for 15 min and wash it with the cold water.

Oat and Yogurt:

This can be used on face as well as full body. Leave it for 15 to 20 min. For scrubbing make a circulation motion.

Coconut Water:

The nature opens its hands and calling us to get benefited and we the one need to grap its hand and the important thing which our nature gives us for beauty is Coconut.  The coconut water is packed with antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, B-complex vitamins, vitamin C and minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese and zinc.images (2).jpgSo its good to take in and we can use them to apply on the face and wash it off.

Asian palmyra palm juice (nungu):

This an amazing thing i used.  I started using this a year before i could find my skin is too fresh once i wash it on.  This is really cool and effective.download (1).jpg

Basic Tips:

  1. The first and foremost thing we need to remember is drink plenty of water. I didn’t realize the real value of this word until i started following it.
  2. Use the sunscreen lotion or spray on your body and face 30 min before going out.Check for the SPF as we are having high sun exposure we need 30 and above.
  3. Avoid going out after having the turmeric face pack which makes you tan more.
  4. Don’t repeat the same face pack every day keep on changing daily.
  5. Use lip gloss with SPF protection.
  6. Reduce the use of face wash frequently on a day, better use the water and splash which reduce the dryness.
  7. The real healthy skin is nothing but the reflection of the inner health, so take care of your health.
